Business terms:

We must see a current vaccination card, without this we will be unable to admit your cat/s. Please ensure your registered veterinary practice has your permission to disclose your cat/s vaccination date, if you do not have a current vaccination card.

We do not accept unvaccinated cats.

Daily medications must be supplied and will be administered according to your veterinary instructions at no extra charge. However, 12 hourly medications will incur a charge for out of hours visits.
If on arrival, your cat/s should show any sign of illness, disease or disability, undisclosed at the time of booking, then we have the right to refuse admittance.

Arrival and Departure times are strictly:
9-11AM or 2-4PM Monday to Friday. Saturday 9-11AM. Closed all day Sunday and Bank Holidays.
A £40 non-refundable deposit for each run is required to secure your booking within 5 days of your booking being accepted, without this your booking will be cancelled.

Daily rates are applied on day of arrival and departure.

No discount will be applied for early collections.

Payment for our professional service is due prior to, or upon collection of your cat/s.
For late payments we shall add a 25% account surcharge and may refer your account to a Debt Collector. This may affect your credit rating.
